Looking Into It
Looking Into It is for meditators who want to go deeper, whatever that means to you. Like an experienced Sherpa, Marcy invites everyone to explore the wonderful, challenging, and unexpected journey inward together. Each essay offers a theme and personal anecdotes relevant to the path of awakening to encourage and inspire each person’s individual practice.
Updates from the CCE
Stay up to date with the latest updates from the Center for Contemplative Enrichment. Updates are posted semi-regularly depending on how much news there is and how big it is! We’ll let you know when we open retreat registrations, publish books, talks, or courses, and when we’re just plain excited about something like a major donation or a recent event we’ve hosted or attended. We aim for our newsletters to be consistently welcome, inspiring, and even surprising.
True Nature Community
True Nature is the online heart of the CCE community, and a way for members and well-wishers near and far to support the dharma. In addition to monthly sitting groups led by Marcy, True Nature allows anyone to support the CCE on an ongoing basis with small, consistent recurring donations. Whether or not you plan to attend our online sitting groups, you can review recorded meetings and exclusive video and written content, and participate in a members-only message board.
The CCE believes that community is a vital part of the path, and we encourage everyone who is interested in connecting with other meditators to join us. Our online meetings include silent meditation and practice-based discussion, helping meditators to connect the dots in their own practices and with each other. Join True Nature.
